Ganked from bunches of people.
Name a character and I'll tell you three (or more) facts about them from my own personal headcanon.

Date: 2007-05-17 10:30 pm (UTC)1) Auron's reasons for getting Tidus and Yuna together have as much to do with a personal joke as they do with the promises he made to Braska and Jecht.
2) Auron has never had a serious romantic or sexual relationship with anyone. That isn't to say he's never tried it, he just really hasn't done it in all seriousness. He's just never been the type of man to rely on another person emotionally.
3) Outside of the initial culture shock, the ten years 'living' in dream Zanarkand bored Auron to tears. One can only watch the same endless series of blitzball games and rivalries so many times before it gets tedious.

1) Under mutual agreement, Balthier and Fran do not discuss their personal romantic lives with each other. It avoids drama, but still...he won't tell her that it bothers him to pretend he doesn't feel anything for her.
2) No matter how busy or broke he is, Balthier will always find time to do his laundry. Part of being impeccably dressed is caring for one's wardrobe, and even as a sky pirate, he still has an image to maintain.
3) Ever since seeing a drama in the Archades theater when he was a little bow, Balthier wanted to be a romantic hero. Even now as an adult, Balthier bases his code of behavior on "what would the leading man do?"

Date: 2007-05-18 12:47 am (UTC)2) Whenever he has time off from attending meetings and saving the world, Ajido-Marujido takes a short walk from the Orastery building to the Fishing Guild and spends the afternoon fishing.
3) Nanaa Mihgo once complained to him about the antics of the S.O.B. Ajido scolded them in public, but once Mihgo was back in her little corner of Windy Woods, he gave them all candy.

Date: 2007-05-18 02:23 am (UTC)1) Wakka didn't necessarily marry Lulu out of love. Lulu asked him, because neither of them could be with the one they love, and both of them wanted to start a family. He figured, there's worse things than marrying his best friend.
2) Wakka tried out for the Besaid Aurochs on a whim, to his surprise, he was not only accepted, but primed to become their next captain within a few short years.
3) Wakka spent his whole life trying to be a father to Chappu; he won't say it to anyone, but he feels that he failed at something when he found out that Chappu had died as part of the Crusaders.

Date: 2007-05-18 02:36 am (UTC)1) Leblanc can't resist the helpless, which is why she ended up saving an old broken crusader long ago. Her infatuation with him started when he didn't show any gratitude towards her for doing so.
2) Her self-image is very straight-forward: She is a star who exists to be brillant upon the less fortunate. Therefore, she sees no reason to tone down her natural charms and assets.
3) Even if the Gullwings taunt her for being older, the last thing Leblanc ever wants to be is a teenager again. Back then she was a broke, awkard kid, now she's the most glamorous woman in Spira.

Date: 2007-05-18 12:58 pm (UTC)2) He keeps trying to explain to Cid and Nhadala about the importance of capitalism. They still don't quite get it...
3) Rin spent most of his early life in poverty. Even as a gillionaire, he still has nightmares about being broke.
