So Round 4 has been running in Young Jump the whole time, and recently the uploader at Mangahelpers has started getting the chapters.
So...

1. Yokoya's a bastard, but wow, I missed his chessmaster skills and snarky rat-facedness. Really the Western Army can't compare. Added bonus in that he really, really has it out for our heroes.
   
2. The new clown-face dealer is a bit of an ass. Well more so than usual, which is amazing when you consider that all the dealers are taking pleasure in watching a game designed to make people stab others in the back to avoid getting thrown into debt. But this guy...
   
3. New cannon fodder characters. My favorites so far: Macho (for teh amusing faces, even if he is a selfish jerk), and Glasses (for being to timid to speak up, but stubborn enough to stick to the truth, plus chapter 96. just holy cow, way to go piglet).
   
4. Go! Go! Affirmative action at the LGT. Don't know what I think about Yokoya's observer, but yay for a girl in sunglasses and a surgical mask?
   
5. Poor. Freaking. Nao. The girl just isn't catching a break, despite her good intentions, and uh... active thinking.
   
6. Akagi is ... guy needs to prove himself not useless.

   • Chapter 84: Aww.... he's contacting her. Go!go! Nao for standing up to Mr. Fake-Lawyer! Too bad your premise is faulty... Also... I'm gonna miss you Fukunaga. Of course Yokoya reads Hitler *eyeroll*
     
   • Chapter 85: Clown-face guy is an ass. Rules, rules, yawn rules.
     
   • Chapter 86: Yeah, they should have listened to you in the first place, but really, Nao, didn't you think Yokoya would try something? Also Akiyama's body language when making contact with Yokoya: priceless.
     
   • Chapter 87: Yeah. We knew he would try something.
     
   • Chapter 88: Violence is not allowed? Wait. What? I miss Leronira. And Fukunaga. Also: ABOUT TIME YOU SHOWED UP WITH YOUR SEXY BRAIN AKIYAMA!
     
   • Chapter 89: ... Akiyama is hawt when he's standing up for someone.
     
   • Chapter 90: DON'T SAY THE GAME IS OVER WHEN IT'S NOT EVEN 10 MINUTES IN!
     
   • Chapter 91: "If you want to go, then you should go! But the first one to join is going to lose!" Oh hell, yes!
     
   • Chapter 92: Akiyama, you jerk. You could save a lot of trouble by actually telling her why you want Akagi singled out.
     
   • Chapter 93: *longwind b.s. type explanation* Akiyama cool moment with Akagi, Akiyama *squee* moment with Nao. *long explanation about how previous explanation is b.s.*
     
   • Chapter 94: Eh... I'm sure there's something neat here. I mean I guess it's time to go from "Akiyama, is so cool," to "Uh oh, lies are about to get exposed."
     
   • Chapter 95: "Yokoya, you bastard!" "Nao, you idiot!" "Akiyama, you idiot!" "Cannon fodder, you bitches!"
     
   • On chapter 96: Love how Nao's the one who's pretty much doomed to lose, according to Yokoya, but all Yokoya can think about is how Akiyama is suffering because of this. ARE YOU TRYING TO IMPLY SOMETHING HERE? >.> Also: "Umm...I.... I'm going to stick with Akiyama's group..."
     
   • According to JP summary on Chapter 97: Glasses is normal. My thought: HOLY COW THEY WILL ACTUALLY WIN THIS! TAKE THAT YOKOYA! Explanation: Team Akiyama can offer the last remaining infected person something Team Yokoya cannot: A cure and enough vaccines to move on to the next round.
