3. Rube says he 'let' Roxy join the police academy. Roxy scoffs at the word 'let'.
4. She refuses to admit it, but she liked driving the parking department vehicle.
5. Though she's the newest reaper (except for George) once Betty left, Roxy has been in Rube's band the longest.

Sugar, of course, is the sugar in the batter, and also the pink, blue, and green crystal sugar.
Spice is cinnamon—a tame incarnation of the word, too tame, if Blossom asked Buttercup, which she should have, because that's Buttercup's part of the rhyme.
And while Bubbles and Blossom argue over whether unicorns, hearts, or rainbows best symbolize "Everything nice," Buttercup grins, and adds in a touch of chili powder to the mix.
