On Respect, Common Courtesy, and Just Plain Old Human Kindness:

I believe in these things, right now more than I believe in the existance of any sort of supernatural force or deity. And I believe that these things are worth being preserved. Yes, I realize that everyone has the right to live their lives and do what they will, but it certainly behooves everyone to treat people well.

Somehow, I manage to find this applying to a lot of people recently. Not necessarily as a sign of disapproval, but that a lot of people seem hurt recently, and I want you to know that I'm there for you all, and that those of you who've been done wrong somehow, I sympathize with you, and apologize for my transgressions.

On Music

I've finally managed to get a working plug in for seeing streaming media on the interweb. Therefore I have finally seen the PV for Utada's easy breezy. No offense to the rabid Hikki fangirl on my list or anything, but I think with one line, that song as destroyed all respect I have for her song writing skills.

"You're easy breezy, and I'm Japanesey."

Oh, it's not that I find that offensive or anything, I just think is terribly, terribly corny. Catchy as all heck, enough that I want to strangle her.

Also must... review... Bonnie... Pink... Seriously, when I no longer have something worthy to type, then I shall get around to that.

On That Which is Known as School and Life

No Japanese class tomorrow. Dagas gets to sleep, sleep, sleep in! Woo hoo! No classes until 12:30! I'm kinda happy about that.

Logic... I'm starting to think like a computer and that scares me.

So we're working on negations and stuff and translating things from English to the symbolic language 'L'. And we're working on that which is known as negations. And negations are a lot of trouble in L.

So if you take the term 'No one loves anyone' or 'Someone loves no one' to translate it correctly in to 'L' you have to find the exact contradiction to that statement and negate that. And apparently, it's hard to figure out what the contradiction is (The contradiction is the statement that can't be true without the first statement being false and vice versa). Which means that Dagas, who has already translated the statement into 'L' has to wait for people to figure it out.

"No one loves anyone" is cotradicted by "Someone loves someone"

and

"Someone loves no one" is contradticted by "Everyone loves someone" and so on. I'd do a full translation, but 'L' is boring.

In monkey class....

Dear god the professor is a perv. I believe he made a not of mentioning mastication and making sure that we spelled it right as opposed to a similar sounding word. And now I can't look at 'mastication' without giggling. Because I'm such a 12-year-old. Also making sure about warning the people about the dangers of walking while pregnant and then making a reference to the fact that the weekend was coming up.

He also thinks Belgium is a great place to study because it's got good beer and good chocolate. Oh well.

That's it really. Need to get honors credit and stuff.

Also, I'm not going to be on much Thursday, I think. See, mommy just called and told Dagas that dad was coming down to Chambana for a meeting, and therefore she could tag along. Thefore parents are visiting and Dagas should probably you know, like spend time with them.

And that's it. Now.

Over and out.

Aw, but logic is fun. Thinking like a computer is fun. Logic/computery thinking + language = teh fun (well, at least for some of us).

I have physics lecture tomorrow morning, which would normally be before Japanese class. No Japanese class tomorrow, and a great apathy for physics class. Oh, the sleeping that shall be done by the neko boy. ^^;

Hahaha, perverted professor. "Mastication" has always been a favorite word of mine, because after all, we're all a bunch of dirty masticators. ^.^

Physical anthropology would be nowhere without mastication.

You already have wench.

I just don't see why that is a reason why belgium is so good for studying abroad.

Besides, this is Anthropology class, not "Let's Hump the Leg of Belgium" Class.
