[personal profile] senmut  gave me yellow

1. Lemons. Favorite fruit in the world, hands down. Seriously, like I cut a small one up into quarters every-morning and eat it fresh as part of my usual breakfast. They're just so bright and sour in a refreshing way. Oh, and if anyone wants my opinion, "yellow" should always be lemons, not bananas.

2. Dandelions. They're plucky flowers, probably because people consider them weeds.

3. Forsythia Bushes. They always remind me of home.

4. Foliage. Especially with the light shining through it, I should probably add the other flowery plants to this as well.

5. The Sun. I think it's taken living in Seattle to make me appreciate the full glory that a sunny day really is. No you can't stare at it, but the sun is seriously what turns this place from merely being pleasant though infested with hipster-irony to absolutely drop-dead gorgeous.

6. My Rubber Duck Keychain. This was the first gift that Muu ever sent me, because the 'D' in the DGOI at the end of the name stands for "Duck."

7. The truck company. "Yellow" was the name of a trucking/transport company where I grew up, and my mom cites it as the first proof she had that I could read. Because I'd shout out "Yellow," even though the logos on the trucks were orange.

8. The word "Yellow." I hope this counts, but "Yellow" is one of the most fun words in the English language to pronounce and play around with.

9. Fukunaga's (manga version) hair, both with and without wig. Actually probably more without the wig. If she were a real person, I'd probably have to sit on my hands and bite my lips to stop myself from asking if I could give her a scalp massage. -.-

10. Ahh...pineapples. How can anyone forget pineapples?
