dagas_isaIn honor of Naela finally coming over to Ifrit, and Dagas possibly getting liscense to create a character on Fenrir (and Starry if she wants), there shall be more sceens of joy.
Yes, I'm fegging dead, and they're sitting on me. Prettz is the Mithra, Amon is the Taru at my head, and the one at my feet is the random black mage we picked up.
Starry and I sitting in another dungeon chilling out while the stronger members of our party had their jollies and picked us up some subjob boo-tay.
I want to know what laws of physics apply to this picture.

And since this is an FFXI related entry, let us examine that side of Dagas's life now.
First, I'm back in Windurst, and I'm so happy to be. After soloing a bit in Konschtat and losing exp more than anything, Tahrongi is my new love. Love ya canyon baby, oh yes I do. Beating up on Rarabs and Pygmi's has never seemed so much fun. Especially now that I don't have to rest between every battle.
Second, Sneak Attack is fegging awesome. I have no clue how I coped without it before on lower levels. Okay.... I think I used ranged attacks, but that's beside the point. Now, by treating myself to some not so nice mob ass-shots, I get to do huge amounts of damage (like at least 5 times what a normal attack does). I also have a decent weapon skill on my dagger, so I can occasionally open a can of whoopass that way.
Third, I love how decent challenge is anything but. Yeah, I've noticed that decent challenge usually means that imma gonna have to use my two-hour in addition using all my dirty tricks in order to get out of it somewhat alive, and that's still if I'm lucky. Note to self, if I plan on staying solo, pick up RDM or WHM as a subjob. Also note to self: stick with easy preys.
Fourth, I apologize for rambling about FFXI to you peoples who have no clue what I'm talking about. I've noticed it's pretty irresistable when there's another person who knows the game (Ala Starry or Naelly). The references are fun to make.
Fifth, much hate towards the aggressive monsters. Much much hate especially to the Bogy who attacked me just as I reached Selbina from Valkurm and decided to bring me back from the zone to finish me off. Seriously, I'd started zoning (this blackout period that happens when changing areas) and it brought me back to Valkurm to finish me off. Also. Hate. Gobs. So. Much. Yes, one of the times I died was my stupid mistake (down at Konschtat), because I thought I was strong enough to take down three linked gobs. Hey two out of three ain't bad. Should have taken care of the Butcher first. But other's have attacked me as I walked through minding my own business. You'd think they don't like me or something.
At the same time, I'm enjoying taking revenge on formerly aggressive monsters who are now too weak for me. Oh yes I am, you better believe it. A nice friendly wave, followed by a sneak attack is wonderfully wonderful. Especially because SA can give me something I've never had before: one-hit kills.
So umm... I'm gonna show FFXI off to Megumi (who will not kill my character, trust me on this), sometime, probably on Sunday.
And that's about it.

And everyone hates Gobs. Everyone. I've found I also hate Guadovs, since one took away my level 20. The wanker. But I got it back and am now loving my Chocobo Riding Ability, oh yes indeed.
