First of all, I now seem to be attached to a digital leash. 3 guesses who holds the other end. 3 more guesses to figure out which end I'm attached to and how I'm attaching to it. ^.^
Second of all, I need a job. Which means that I need to go out and look for one. Tomorrow I'm pavement pounding and if not, everyone within my state can come and chop of my head and stuff.
Third of all... Catalina is freaking me out. You know how I mentioned that it had a sucessful system restore? Well, as of now, it's survived an installation of Encarta and Sim City 3000, random customization in the control panels, saving of random text documents both to thumby and to the hard drive. No weird noises, although there's something that still seems not quite right. Maybe the lack of status lights, which I know came from Neko-boy and my exploration of Catalina's insides. This is creepy, especially if it keeps up. Wonderful, but creepy. Pretty much if I can hook it up to the interweb and hook up a printer, then just about anything is possible.
Why do I think this is creepy? Well short of the fact that dead computers don't usually resurrect themselves without some sort of encouragement, the day that Muu and I really started talking was the day that Neko-boy overslept and therefore had to wait until 6:00 to come over. Meaning that if my computer hadn't gotten fixed we might not have really seen each other. And the fact that it came back to life (note that the last time I tried to ressurect it before this was that Saturday night with Neko-boy) without me doing anything... Yeah. Creepy. But wonderful.
Over and out.
