The alfredo is made from scratch, IIRC, it's mostly milk/cream, butter, and parmesan with some salt and pepper (there might be flour for thickening, but I'd have to look that up). It's not hard to make, but I definitely have not figured out how to cook it.
My favorite way of doing the noodles is with a sauce that's peanut butter, hoisin, sweet chili sauce, coconut milk, and lime juice.
As for SNSD, Genie and Run Devil Run are my personal favorites, and I'm pretty much in love with a lot of their original Japanese songs, prolly because I'm still a J-pop girl at heart (and you know, I can actually do a decent job of learning Japanese lyrics).
