If people don't mind a bit of RL stuff mixed in...
In the most basic sense, I am employed. The company that I've been temping for (same one as last year) hired me as a perma person. The short story is that my perpetually busy supervisor left for a better job in Feb. and I "temporarily" took over her position, and as of last Thursday, the job is officially mine.
This means I'm no longer in complete fear that my job will end when my temp contract does. Oh, and benefits. Oh, and a pretty decent raise (something like $3.00 an hour over my previous rate).
On the other hand, see perpetually busy, and with much more mentally active work. Which on one hand, means I'm never really bored, and on the other hand means I get mentally exhausted. I.E. less time for being spontaneously creative. :/

=\ Though the lack of spontaneous creativity completely blows. But hopefully, after a while, you'll find a way to balance out your mind to allow creativity to happen. ._.

I'm hoping that I can do more planned creativity to make up for it. Even if that does cut into my cute cat video time.
