1. ... Motherhood has been good to Padma. *drool* I mean umm....she looks lovely as usual. Plus, I think with the addition of Eric Ripert on the judging panel, there's not a single one that isn't appealing.

2. To be honest. I'd want either Kenny or Tiffany to win the whole thing. I'd prefer Tiffany, but Kenny seems more likely to be able to beat Angelo. Arnold would probably third in my preference.

3. Angelo/Amanda = Machivellian OTP.

4. Prediction: This is the season of the magical celery and peanut-butter combination. The finale will involve an epically gourmet version of the after-school classic "Ants on a Log."

5. Watching this season is different now that muusu is working in a kitchen.

I agree on the hotness of the judges! Although personality-wise, I still miss Ted Allen.

*Seriously* agree on Katie Lee. I didn't start watching Top Chef until Season Three, but I went back and watched the first season later, and I don't know if I have ever seen *anyone* with less stage presence than Katie Lee. Replacing her with Padma is the best thing they ever did.
