I'm at 139 stories by Ao3 count, and I don't think I could give you a list of all of them off the top of my head, but I think my titles have enough context behind them that, given a title, I could use it to remember the story. Even if it's a, "I had this song in my head when I wrote it"

The song lyric thing depends a lot on the song. I don't expect someone to know a translated K-pop or J-pop lyric (or even an English phrase in a J-pop or K-pop song) but It'd be weird to title something off of a popular Lady Gaga song, and not have at least a few people recognize the reference. I don't think the recognition has to be there, but I'd rather it add or at least not detract if someone did recognize the source.
