So Top 10 stories (by hit count) at Ao3.
1. Out of the Blue Box -Animorphs, Original characters. 439 hits.

torachan's transfic list (a common theme on this list), and connects with one of those childhood defining series.
2. From the Desk of Bubbles: Things I Will Keep Doing as a Boy - Powerpuff Girls, Bubbles. 370 hits.
Another fic on the transfic list(also written for the transfic mini-fest last year), and has gotten recced more. I'm actually surprised it hasn't taken over the #1 spot.
3. Do Not Tread Lightly - Final Fantasy XIII, Fang/Lightning. 325 hits.
Femslashy porn! With fisting and a very popular non-canon pairing.
4. A History of Miss Behavior - Final Fantasy X/X-2, Rikku/various people. 314 hits.
Femslashy spanking story, with bonus Gippal. I'd say femslashy kink is another major theme on my top-10 list.
5. Coach Lopez - Glee, Santana/Brittany. 268 Hits.
See above re: femslashy kink. Also Glee is the only actualfax large TV fandom I've written for. Also, Brittany/Santana = ♥♥♥
6. Three Reasons Kurt Spends All His Money on Clothes - Glee, Kurt. 263 Hits.
My other Glee fic, though at this point, very out of date. But Kurt is the fandom darling.
7. One to Ten - Liar Game, Akiyama. 261 hits.
Most popular Liar Game fic. It features asexual masturbation. I'm really perplexed. I think some of it is people looking for Liar Game smut without girls, and the other is looking for sex/kink fic with Ace characters. /baseless hypothesis
8. Letting Me Let You In - Liar Game, Fukunaga/Nao/Akiyama. 252 hits.
The all-too-rare F/F/M threesome and pegging. Also on the transfic delicious.
