I think Nao's gaining confidence, and getting more skills, but she doesn't need to find herself. I think the problem with drama Nao is that her trustingness makes her an ethereal creature, whereas manga Nao is very down to earth and sensible, she just lives according to a belief system that gets her tricked sometimes.

I want the manga to start up again...
