HoP chats, the rest of the story.
Like everything in life there's good news, and there's bad news.
Griff, here is sort of my final position on our issues. Yes I'm an insensitive itch. Yes you are an insensitive clod. I enjoy toying with your ego because you make it really, really easy to tease you. This makes me an evil person. You don't seem to care about the fact that I have outside feelings at all. I can't really say what that makes you, but sometimes even the acknowledgement that someone has a bad day (umm... I know you don't care that my Japanese homework took forever last night and that writing dates in both Kanji and Hiragana is well tedious, but it is. Especially when one has spent the entire day sick/on the verge of break down) can do wonders for the snarkiness. And honestly, whining about the board being dead because no one has posted for a couple hours is, well, rather immature. You did just turn 19 a few days ago, ne? I remember wishing you a happy birthday. (*cough next person to bring up the fact that I've been 19 for three months gets smacked cough*)
And you're male, and as a male, you are free game for teasing. 90% of the time, I'm just kidding you, and the other 10% of the time, I'm really, really irritated in general. Like last night. Because of yes, that Japanese homework that you would kill to have. Because even though you have never taken a course in it, and therefore have no clue how a class is run, you must enjoy Japanese because it is the language of anime and video games.
Putting that aside, you're a cool person. Trust me, I wouldn't talk to you otherwise. You're not creepy-stalkery, and you strike me as being fairly intelligence, your less than perfect perception aside. Honestly, I don't want to play the who can out angst whom game, because I doubt it'll help us understand the other more. Deal, okay? You actually pretend to care about my situation at the time, and I'll cut back on the worst of the teasing, or start handing you balloons every time I tease you so you know when I'm being sarcastic.

As for the other HoP chat, and the really delightful one, I don't know what plant I was smoking to have participated in the Shuyin/Vegnagun bonding thing. Yeah... that looks...really, really kinky. Honestly though, Vegnagun suddenly reminded me of a puppy, and I think it's really funny to think of a weapon of mass destruction wagging it's tail and begging Shuyin to play fetch with him. And going to rescue Shuyin who was trappeed in the well. And all those other things. Geez, if there were a possible way to keep them in character, there might be a one shot idea out of this. 'Shadow's Best Friend' and all. ^_^
And great thankies to all my friends, particularly Chevira, Me-chan, Squeak, Starhealer, Akai, and Naelly who helped me last night.... and yes, I know that this place as become an undeserving shrine to teenage wankst. I adore you all. Also thanks to the giant Hershey's kiss that's about half eaten. Chocolate is my friend.
Oh, and Lyrique has a slim chance of coming to U of I. *dances* Yay! Cool friend, coming here! ^_^ Another person to drag to JAC. More Hikagoness.
